Applicants seeking admission into the Degree Program must meet the following requirements:
1. Academic Qualifications
Applicants must have successfully completed secondary education or its equivalent from a recognized
institution. A valid secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
2. Islamic Studies Background
Applicants are expected to have a basic foundation in Islamic studies, including the ability to read the
Qur’an and a general understanding of fundamental Islamic teachings.
3. Language Proficiency
Since the program includes Islamic texts and scholarly materials, applicants should demonstrate basic
proficiency in Arabic and English. Applicants with limited Arabic proficiency may be required to take a
preparatory course.
4. Character and Conduct
Applicants should demonstrate good moral character and a commitment to Islamic values and ethics. A
recommendation letter from a recognized Islamic scholar, teacher, or community leader may be requested.
5. Application Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents during the application process:
- Completed
application form
- Certified
copies of academic certificates and transcripts
- Copy of a
valid identification document or passport
- Recent
passport-sized photographs
6. Entrance Assessment or Interview
Shortlisted applicants may be required to participate in an entrance assessment or interview to evaluate
their readiness for the academic program.
