The Bachelor of Sharia program trains students in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) and the principles of Sharia. Students learn to interpret legal rulings, understand Islamic contracts, and address contemporary societal issues within an Islamic framework. Courses include personal law, family law, criminal law, and commercial law, emphasizing practical application in Ethiopia and the broader Horn of Africa.
